Sue and her husband, Marty, moved to Fergus Falls in 1985, shortly after they married. They enjoyed raising their family in this community. With area sports, lakes and activities, it was just the right fit. Not to mention a small family farm in Wendell is nearby for Marty to drive a tractor on occasion. Their sons, Josh and Dan, were born and raised here and now are married and creating their own journey. Sue is a very proud Mother-in- law and Grandma and loves watching her family engage in the community.  Josh and wife, Kristin, established Terroir Chocolate, an organic bean to bar company in the area. Dan and wife, Olivia, are part owners of Out State Brew Company in Fergus Falls.

Sue’s career in real estate began in 1995, working as a Realtor for Luhman Real Estate in Fergus Falls. Early 2007, Sue began working on her own and established Mohagen Real Estate, Inc.  “It is a great pleasure to be in the business of helping people with their real estate needs.”  

Buying and selling real estate is serious business, it is also fun, exciting and personal!  Sue has worked with properties all around Otter Tail County, from Fergus Falls to Perham and the lakes area.  She has created a business that allows her to meet you where you are at, whether it is your home, a local coffee shop, or a property you wish to tour.
